We are an upscale, stylish suburban wine bar restaurant located outside of Philadelphia/Wilmington. Our menu is modern American. We're open 7 days a week. We open from 7am-10am for coffee and pastries, followed by lunch or brunch on the weekends, then dinner service.
We are looking for an Executive Chef, who will also serve as the Chef De Cuisine and Kitchen Manager, to lead our kitchen staff, work with our in-house pastry chef, owner, and senior management team to produce our existing menu, create new menu items that change seasonally, along with daily specials. The Chef will have the opportunity to develop menus for special events, wine dinners, boubron tastings, etc.
