As we prepare to open our doors to the public, we are seeking talented and experienced Bartenders to lead our team and set the standard for excellence in service.

Position Overview:

In the role of Bartender, you will assume a pivotal role in curating an exceptional bar experience. Your proficiency in mixology, refined presentation skills, and adept customer interactions will contribute to our reputation as a premier destination for those seeking an unparalleled bar experience.

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
• Engage with customers, taking orders, making recommendations, and creating a personalized experience.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of ingredients, recipes, and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage and rotation of ingredients.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with fellow bartenders and barbacks to ensure efficient service.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and uphold liquor laws.
• Participate in menu development and suggest new cocktail creations.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain composure.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Enthusiasm for creating innovative and visually appealing cocktails.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
