Our bread bakers will be responsible for all aspect of the sourdough bread making process from sourdough starter maintenance, mixing the dough, dough development, shaping and baking the loaves. Prior commercial bread baking is a must for this position. Experience handling and shaping high hydration sourdough bread is highly desired.
I want to empower team members to take ownership over the bread making process and if they desire assist in developing receipes that they find exciting.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $23.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $300
