The 130 Club is seeking a talented, experienced Broiler Cook to be a part of our small team. This is an excellent position for those looking to expand their culinary knowledge and skills in this expanding restaurant. Ideal candidates will detail-oriented, organized, professional and genuine. We are seeking staff who possess a strong work ethic, can multi-task effectively, work well under pressure and who have a keen eye for detail. Competitive pay, health insurance, and a 4 or 5 day work week available.

Duties/Qualifications
• Ability to cook desired meat and seafood items to restaurant standard
• 2 year minimum experience working in a professional kitchen
• Team player, Punctual, Sense of Urgency, Efficiency, Knife Skills
• Set up station according to restaurant standards and guidelines to ensure a smooth, efficient service
• Understand the menu to estimate food requirements and procure food from storage
• Read and follow recipes provided with precision to ensure efficient production
