Lena Italian restaurant is looking for experienced FOH Staff. We are hiring for immediate part time and full-time positions. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for the industry and a well-developed sense of hospitality and empathy.

Requirements for all positions:
A minimum 2 years of experience in service with a background in upscale casual-fine dining
Must have experience in fast-paced, high volume restaurants
Enthusiastic, team players with a positive attitude and great communication skills
Innate passion for food, beverage, and hospitality with attention to detail
Professional demeanor and neat appearance
Open availability a must (Lunch, Brunch, Dinner)


Qualifications:

Bartenders and Servers
- Must have a strong sense of urgency
- Must have the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Must be able to deal with all guests and teammates in a professional manner
- Strong wine and spirits knowledge
- Strong food knowledge with the ability to enticingly describe dishes
- Bartenders must have vast spirit and cocktail knowledge, and work efficiently with jiggers
- Bartenders must be willing and able to serve in addition to tending the bar as business requires
