Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Collaborate closely with our highly creative and accomplished Chef, learning innovative techniques, and contributing to menu development.
- Lead and inspire the culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards, following established recipes and ensuring consistency.
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes, while actively mentoring and training junior members of the kitchen staff.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food costs to maintain profitability.
- Uphold and enforce food safety and sanitation practices, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Embrace the opportunity for growth and development, actively participating in the pursuit of a Michelin star and refining culinary techniques.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or relevant leadership role in a high-volume kitchen, preferably with exposure to Asian or Italian cuisine.

- Strong culinary skills, knowledge of advanced cooking techniques, and a solid understanding of flavor profiles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays, to contribute to the demanding nature of our culinary journey.
