Job Details
The Tournant needs the skills required to work and oversee all stations in the kitchen and will jump in when help is needed or substitue when someone is out. They should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards. The role requires at least 3 years of casual to fine dining experience as a line cook. The ideal candidate will be someone ready to move into a management position after a few months and will be working directly with the entire managemetn team. The schedule will consist of morning prep shifts, swing shifts and closing shifts.

- Minimum 3 Years Experience (Preferably Casual/Fine Dining)
- Ability to Multitask in High Pressure Situations
- A positive attitude towards your work and your team
- Schedule flexibility
- Performing opening and closing duties as our standards require: setting up and closing down station
- Prepping items for the station for daily service and also for the weekly prep schedule
- Have the ability to lift 50 pounds
- Have the ability to stand for over 6 hours
- Carrying out other job-related tasks as outlined by the management
- Provide the highest level quality to all menu items
