Bella's Cafe is seeking a personable and reliable Host/Hostess to join our team. We are a premier Brunch spot in New Haven CT. We have full-time and part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome members and guests.

• Manage the reservation system and seating arrangements.

• Give Menus to members upon seating them.

• Assist with answering phone calls and using the POS waitlist.

• Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.

• Communicate effectively with the serving staff.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Ability to work weekends, and holidays.

• Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time .
