Job Description

As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, food machines, and restaurant equipment. It is essential that the dishwasher maintain that the dishwashing station is clean, safe, and clear, maintaining clean work area.
Great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment,with special attention to the details.You care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly team atmosphere.

Major Responsibilities:

Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, etc. into a dishwasher.

Ensure that the water in the dishwasher is taken out in an hourly basis to remove excess debris

Remove trash and garbage from the restaurant and brought to the dumpster. Sweeping floors.

Responsible for rolling/unrolling mats in order to clean floors, Mop all flooring in FOH and BOH

Put away food orders from deliveries in proper locations.

Essential Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Excellent at multitasking due to the high-volume nature of our restaurants
