One of the worlds most noted restaurants has made its US debut in Fort Worth. Quince SMA opened in San Miguel de Allende (SMA), Mexico, in the spring of 2016 and recently launched its first location in the US in Fort Worth, TX in April 2023. More than a restaurant, Quince quickly became known for its Experience, combining an upscale global collective menu, upbeat open-air atmosphere, idyllic location, and views with music and entertainment that captured the attention and hearts of its diverse clientele. Quince is rated “#1 Rooftop Restaurant in the World” this year and previously “#1 Rooftop Destination in the World” by Robb Report Magazine.

Quince is expanding its brand to the US, now having brought the Quince Experience to the banks of the Trinity River in Fort Worth, Texas, with a second location in Austin coming in the summer of 2023.

We are now accepting applications for Chef de Cuisine in Fort Worth to fullfill our top culinary leadership role at our Fort Worth location. Candidates must have extensive experience and a successful track record of leading a high-volume, positive-energy restaurant(s). Honesty, leadership, and attention to service details are imperative.


Benefits and Perks:

  • Compensation: $85,000-$110,000 (based on experience) with generous and attainable performance bonuses

Qualifications:

  • Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience (5+ years) in a high-volume (>$7m), positive energy casual upscale restaurant
  • Track record of developing chefs/leaders
  • Comfortable using new technology to run an efficient restaurant
  • Skilled communicator with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker with an understanding of efficiency and processes
  • Ability to manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, inventory, pricing, sales, profits, and safety
  • Extensive analytical experience with knowledge of spreadsheets, POS, and inventory management systems
  • A leader and promoter of a fun and safe environment for customers and employees
  • An exceedingly high standard of excellence with perfection in mind
