Buttermilk Channel in Carroll Gardens is searching for a new executive chef. This is a great opportunity to run the kitchen of one of Brooklyn's most popular bistros. You will work with the current chef to learn the ropes and transition into leading our team.

Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling and managing the back of house staff
Controlling labor and food costs
Expediting dinner and brunch service.
Maintaining standards of quality and consistency.
Maintaining a clean kitchen and adhering to all dept of health regulations.
Creating new menu items and specials
