Must be available 8p-4am both Friday and Saturday night. Weeknight shifts are 6p-1am.

- Light expo duties during peak business
- Assisting the cooks during peak business by garnishing items, setting up certain items to be fired, retrieving backups from the walk-in, etc...
- Light prep (cutting garnishes, shredding cheese, etc...)
- Assisting FOH with clearing tables if needed
- Washing kitchen dishes (everything from FOH is disposable)
- Cleaning and maintaining sanitation standards in BOH
- Emptying trash cans
- Sweeping and mopping
