The Company:

TH/RST Hospitality Goup is a boutique hospitality company operating iconic food & beverage concepts and offering businesses strategic & results-driven solutions. We are hiring for two hire profile restaurants in the heart of Nomad, NY.

Director of Outlets Duties:

· Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service.

· Manage and develop the restaurant team, as well as overseeing some operations of the other hotel outlet.

· Monitor and strive for the annual budget.

· Manage labor cost and operating expenses of the restaurants.

· Develop relationships with guests, key suppliers and industry associates.

· Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.

· Lay out goals and develop strategies to accomplish said goals.

· Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers in multiple Food & Beverage operations and outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met

The ideal Director of Outlets will possess the following qualities:

· 3+ years Food and Beverage experience in similar boutique hotel brands

· Independent, self-motivated thinker

· Possess strong understanding of restaurant financials

· Experienced in forecasting

· Experienced in dynamic scheduling

· Has strong understanding of cost controls

· Understanding and experienced in beverage purchasing, managing cost and maintaining inventory

· Proven record of building strong relationships with team members, patrons and managers
