ABOUT
Sweetbriar is an upscale American comfort food restaurant using 'live-fire' cooking techniques in the food & beverage preparations. Executive Chef Bryce Shuman, previously of Betony & Eleven Madison Park, has curated a menu featuring farm-fresh seasonal vegetables, expressing their natural essence with charcoal, wood & smoke. The menu will also have local fish & meats using the 'live-fire' method. The restaurant is open for dinner and will open for lunch very soon.

Sweetbriar has commissioned designer Lea Cojot, previously of Rockwell Group & Soho House, to transform the dining room & bar into a fresh & intimate space using woods, zellige and leathers.

THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our incredible passionate team.

Our ideal candidates are gracious, unique and posess a love for hospitality. We are looking for people who know food, wine and excellent service. Creating spectacular moments for our guests is a requirement.

Qualifications:


  • Prior high end restaurant experience in similar role
  • Strong communcation skills
  • Flexible availability
  • Passion for food
  • Superior wine knowledge
  • Ability to motivate teams
