We are seeking a passionate lead-by-example Operations Manager who knows how to train, mentor, and lead a top-notch team to deliver a memorable experience to all our guests.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• A minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a high volume, service-driven venue
• Experience working in a multi-unit venue

• In-depth knowledge of proper professional service techniques and dining room organization

• Proficient in restaurant finances and recordkeeping (P&L /budget/food & labor costs)
• Ability to compute numbers, reconcile daily financial documents, inventory goods, conduct analysis and make business recommendations to ensure costs are in line with budgets
• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and teach new systems
• Ability to exact and maintain high service standards
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Experience hiring, training, and mentoring diverse hourly staff
