Restaurant Managers run the store as if it belongs to them; from managing daily operations to taking responsibility for financial results. Our managers are front-of-house leaders, spending time on the floor to connect with associates, guests, coach our associates in the moment and identify ways to drive results. BMU managers perform a variety of job duties, such as:
- Ensure all operations adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Butter Me Up corporate offices
- Participate in daily operations, such as banking, providing customer service, cleaning, and assisting customers with complaints
- Assist baristas during busy times and provide coaching and training on a daily basis
- Ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied and ready to return again
- Ordering, scheduling, and hiring
- Create and maintain a positive work environment; engage the hearts and minds of your team and develop their skills
- Inspire others: become a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through your team
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Three years management experience within a customer-facing environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a food and beverage focused environment
- Minimum High School or GED
- Certified in Food Safety
- Multiple store experience not required but desired
