Flavor forward, vegetable desserts are what we do. If you're interested in helping our Pastry Chef achieve vegetable dessert greatness, while learning ins and outs, and working to step up your own pastry game, this is the place for you.
At Dirt Candy, we want our BOH staff to know every aspect of our food and our kitchen. Looking for an experienced pastry sous chef who is excited to learn and do a little bit of everything. This position includes: plating, creating, prep, and food running. Must be willing and excited to communicate with customers, explaining our desserts table side.
