We are seeking a passionate and dedicated pastry cook to join the minibar by jose andres team!

What we would like from you:
- At least 3 years of advanced cooking experience: fine dining not a requisite, but precision, efficiency, and attitude are a must. Minibar is a place to expand upon your knowledge as a cook, not begin your career.
- Strong foundation in classical cuisine, strong product knowledge, clear and positive communication skills, and advanced ability to organize, prep, and execute a station, plus desire to learn new, creative techniques.

- Seamlessly work with an energetic and positive kitchen team to prepare and
reproduce our avant garde menu, which will exceed our guest’s expectations.
- A passion for continuous learning and discovery by embracing an active and innovative approach to expanding your knowledge of food and beverage.
- A desire to interact with guests in our open kitchen environment (do not worry, we will teach you how).
- Ability to handle constant evolution of prep and service needs.
