Lita and La Otra, two new exciting concepts from the team that brought you Heirloom Kitchen & Heirloom @ The St. Laurent, will be opening in late March in Aberdeen Township, NJ.
Lita is an Iberian concept (Portuguese & Spanish) with open fire/charcoal cookery in an open kitchen with a Chef's Counter. La Otra is connected next door with ambitions to be the best bar and restaurant in the state of New Jersey accessible to all. Our goal is to take the pretension out of fancy cocktail bars and upper echelon dining and execute killer drinks and food at the highest level through skill, vibe and hospitality.
Led by chef David Viana this concept will elevate Iberian flavors & cuisine while also hopefully elevating the quality of life for all who are employed there. This restaurant we are casting hospitality professionals. This is a unique restaurant model that requires a special person at to run our pastry program.
This candidate is someone who embodies true hospitality. Ultimately, more important than experience, is open mindedness, thoughtfulness, teamwork, attention to detail, and a desire for excellence.
