Title:
Porter/Dishwasher/Maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning front and back of house (floors, windows, kitchen equipment)
- Cleaning bathrooms, stocking, and maintaining sinks/toilets
- Receive/put away deliveries, reading an invoice
- Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintain dish pit and all dish/glass washing
- Maintain all trash and recycling removal
- Sweep and mop all areas when needed
- Support all team members when requested by management and supervisors
- Ability to make repairs as needed
- Convey all ordering needs to manager
- Knowledge of Department of Health requirements
