Head Chef of the restaurant, managing 5-6 line cooks, a pastry chef, a Senior Prep, and a dough master. Excellent Reputation Pizza Joint with unique whole wheat sourdough as the foundation. Look us up on Instagram to see what we are about. We are a family are we are looking for a new Leader in the kitchen. We have a great base menu with seasonal items that come and go, but would really like to see a Pizza Chef with excellent pizza development skills. We only use the best ingredients and are expanding our online presense to increase sales. We are only open Wed-Sun 5 days a week. We start delivery in the coming weeks too. If hired soon, position will have ability to train with the former Chef. Bonuses neogtiable for agreed upon metrics that are met.
Skills needed:
Leadership, friendly demeanor, Prep when needed using existing recipes, Pizza Stretching/Topping at a high pace, Pizza oven skills, ability to train subordinates at all stations, Food ordering, eventually learn the dough process, work closely with owner during future expansion plans.
