Job Details
We are seeking Corporate Chef/Trainer to supervise back of house restaurant operations.
Currently (4) stores expanding (2) new locations in 2023.
Goals:
- Implement SOPs for all BOH Kitchens.
- Standardize all recipes. Create Portion control system.
- Create Daily line check system. Preperation Par Levels.
- Work with Owners and Kitchen to elevate food quality.
- Lower labor & food cost using thoughful approach.
- Visit multiple locations daily & weekly to ensure fresh product and proper execution.
- Ultimately, you will ensure all plates are properly cooked and served and our guests.
- Ability to fluently speak, write, and read the English language
- Monitor and maintain line plating to meet set standards.
- Oversee training and development of all kitchen staff including, Kitchen Managers and hourly employees
- Work with Kitchen managers to recruit, hire, disipline employees.
- Serve as a role model, lead by example and demonstrate professionalism.
- When needed Must be able to work in the "shoes" of subordinates.
