101 Hospitality is seeking a qualified Maintenance Engineer to join our growing team.
The Engineer will work with directly with our Chef/Owner and Director of Operations on day to day tasks and long term special projects.
These projects and skills required include but are not limited to:
-Skilled with Basic Millwork
-Skilled with Basic Repair and Maintaince of plumbing
-Skilled with Kitchen Refridgeration
-Skilled with Kitchen Heating
-Basic Drywall Repair
-Lighting and Fixture Replacement
-Escort contractors; work with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs
-A good attitude and work ethic
-basic tools required for carpenter position
-must have reliable transportation
-must be able to pass a background check
-Good Communication Skills
