We are seeking a results-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead Conceal’s global marketing team with a primary focus on demand generation, enterprise pipeline creation, and measurable revenue impact. This hands-on leader will own the end to end marketing engine—from awareness to consideration to conversion, working closely with Sales, Product and Operations to drive predictable, scalable growth for our differentiated, browser-native security platform.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational: a data-driven marketer who can build, optimize, and scale modern demand programs while translating complex browser security innovation into clear, compelling value for CISOs, security leaders, and IT teams. They will be equally comfortable designing high-level go-to-market strategy as they are rolling up their sleeves to execute, experiment, and refine programs that move the needle.

This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing strategy with a primary focus on demand generation, enterprise pipeline creation, and measurable revenue impact
  • Build, optimize, and scale a modern, repeatable marketing engine that delivers predictable growth
  • Own the full-funnel marketing motion from awareness through consideration to conversion
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product and Operations to align on ICP, value messaging, targeting, and joint GTM execution
  • Establish and track clear KPIs including pipeline contribution, opportunity conversion, win rates, and ROI
  • Define and elevate market narrative around browser-native security and next-generation SSE
  • Help define the marketing technology stack (Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics, intent tools)
  • Implement clear data-driven attribution models that credibly show marketing’s impact on revenue and that can be used to pivot strategy as necessary
  • Create dashboards that provide transparent visibility into marketing performance and pipeline outcomes
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure accurate positioning of Conceal’s strategic and operational value based on product capabilities and roadmap
  • Develop compelling proof points including use cases, customer stories, technical content, and ROI messaging
  • Lead strategy for major security events, webinars, analyst engagement, and thought leadership
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team across demand gen, content, product marketing, and events
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Possesses a deep understanding of SaaS marketing and modern demand‑generation strategies
  • Brings 8–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS markets targeting mid‑market and enterprise customers, with strong exposure to IT security, software development, or similarly complex product environments
  • Demonstrated success playing a key role in scaling startups from early stages through a $25M ARR run rate
  • Experienced with modern marketing tools and technologies, including evaluation, implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization
  • Brings a positive, growth‑driven mindset and excels at collaborative, tactful problem solving in high‑pressure situations
