What are we looking for?

Complete Sleep is looking for a sharp and nimble operator with consultative sales skills. As the Sales Manager, you will connect with interested patients and prospects in an empathetic way, educating them on sleep apnea, our process, and how their lives will be meaningfully improved by treating their condition. You will serve as their primary touchpoint before they proceed with any of our sleep solutions, namely sleep apnea testing and treatment.

What will you do?

• Evangelize the Complete Sleep solution to our large and growing population of qualified, inbound prospects. NO COLD OUTREACH REQUIRED.
• Utilize phone calls, text messages, and emails to communicate with our prospects.
• Communicate the efficiencies of our process and how we’re breaking down as many barriers as we can to overcome sleep apnea.
• Convey pricing in the context of medical insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs.
• Operate within a customer relationship tool and add ample notes to it after each interaction.
• Always deliver a tone of empathy, optimism, and encouragement.
• Convert large volumes of prospects into becoming patients of Complete Sleep.
• Identify opportunities to improve the prospect experience and our sales process.

What skills and experience should you already have?

• At least 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in a sales capacity.
• Experience working within a CRM tool such as Intercom, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written form.
• An inherent care for other people, particularly people you don’t know personally.
• A love for teaching people who are unfamiliar with a subject.
• A strong bias to action.
• An insatiable curiosity.
• An owner’s mindset - you wear your performance as a badge of honor.
• The utmost respect for patient privacy.

What will you get from this role?

• Base salary in the range of $80,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience level).
• Bonus plan in the range of $40,000 - $80,000
• Equity options grant in the range of 0.25 - 0.40% (at a very low exercise price).
