Data Analyst II, Revenue Operations

The Revenue Operations team drives critical go-to-market (GTM) programs across Sales and Client Success, ensuring our commercial execution aligns seamlessly with Collective Health’s growth strategies. Our portfolio spans Performance Guarantees, Salesforce optimization, commercial reporting and analytics, performance management, and strategic market planning. As internal consultants, we partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to define, organize, and execute GTM initiatives that unlock growth and measure impact. We work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Partnerships, Customer Experience, and Finance to ensure strategies are successfully implemented. You will be reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations.
What you'll do:
In this role, you’ll use strong analytical skills to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions. You’ll support scalable growth by building reports, automating workflows, and enhancing program oversight through innovative technology and process improvements. Success will require a balance of technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring data is connected to business context and communicated clearly to non-technical audiences.
Make an Impact on High-Visibility Deals through PG Program Support
The Performance Guarantee (PG) program is a key part of how we win and deliver value to clients. You will support it through data preparation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration:
- Prepare and manage PG quote sheets and related data, directly influencing win and renewal rates
- Build and automate reporting to measure program success and inform leadership decisions (I.e., Looker, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), SQL, Google Apps Script, Python)
- Ensure financial precision by maintaining the PG Service Level Tracker, a critical tool Finance uses to calculate client payouts
- Collaborate with senior leaders by partnering with the PG Program Manager on cross-functional reviews and the creation of innovative PG offerings
- Shape the future of our deals by analyzing past PG performance trends to guide smarter, more competitive structuring
- Collaborate with the Data Operations team to translate business needs into data requirements, building automated data pipelines that deliver reliable, actionable insights
- Make salesforce workflows smoother and reduce manual work by improving the system
- Be a champion of data quality by keeping Salesforce data clean through checking and cleaning records and setting clear entry rules data ownership
- Team up with Sales, Client Success and Marketing to agree on data standards and reporting needs
- Create Salesforce reports and dashboards that give clear insights into the business
- Enable adoption of Salesforce by assisting with testing, creating documentation, and developing training materials
Commercial Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Enable visibility into key performance areas by building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
- Track commercial performance through weekly and monthly reporting for leadership and cross-functional partners
- Tackle special analytical projects such as win/loss analysis, market opportunity assessments, territory optimization, evaluating broker performance, and measuring marketing campaign impact
- Make data digestible by turning complex datasets into clear visuals and concise summaries for a variety of audiences
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years in an analytical or data reporting role, with experience translating data into clear, actionable business insights
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data cleansing
- Experience building and automate reporting and ability to learn new tools (I.e., Looker, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), SQL, Google Apps Script, Python, Gemini AI)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce for data entry, reporting, and basic dashboard building
- Ability to connect data insights to business priorities and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and other teams
- Experience supporting B2B sales, marketing, or client success teams
Pay Transparency Statement
This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
