As our Contingent Workforce Programs Specialist, you will be an integral member of our team with focused support and ownership of aspects of our Contingent Workforce Program.

The Program Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Collective Health leaders and managing the full lifecycle of the contractor requisition process including requisition intake, agency management, onboarding, worker assignment management, offboarding and reporting. The Program Specialist, acts as a talent advisor to support our leaders through the requisition fulfillment cycle to enable bringing on quality contingent talent quickly.

What you'll do:

  • Support Collective Health leaders through all stages of the contract labor acquisition workflow.
  • Prepare insightful questions to conduct role intake sessions with managers in order to gather detailed job descriptions to distribute to preferred agency partners.
  • Monitor agency sourcing activity and performance to ensure timely fulfillment of requisition.
  • Set expectations with managers and agencies for requisition timeframe, feedback, roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process.
  • Coach, manage and oversee performance of program agency partners.
  • Monitor requisition and onboarding performance against program and agency contracted SLA’s. Example: time to fill, candidate quality, onboarding compliance.
  • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
  • Support high touch communication with both managers, internal program stakeholders and agency partners, via phone, slack, and email.
  • Assist with contingent worker assignment management (data changes, extension of contract assignments etc.).
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding process and ensure all internal requirements are completed prior to the start of contract assignments and at the end of contract assignments.
  • Maintain clean data program data in all relevant systems, including ATS, HRIS and ticketing system.
  • Assist with any follow up of collection of company assets from agencies (laptop, badges, etc.).

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 year of MSP or internal Contingent Workforce program experience at a technology company
  • Agency or vendor management experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment that changes from day to day
  • High sense of urgency and ownership
  • Strong documentation and follow-up skills
  • Strong critical thinking and independent judgment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Customer Focused
  • System experience: G-suite, an HRIS system, MS Office Suite

Pay Transparency Statement

This is a hybrid position based out of our Lehi office, with the expectation of being in office at least two weekdays per week. #LI-hybrid

The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition to the hourly rate, you will be eligible for stock options and benefits like health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
