About the Job:
The global market for mobile robotics is expected to exceed $224 billion by 2030, according to global technology market advisory firm ABI Research. OTTO by Rockwell Automation is at the center of this enormous market growth fuelled by labor shortages, pressure to compete internationally and the modernization of manufacturing facilities. The Channel Sales and Enablement team is a strategic sales organization that is responsible for building, selling and supporting our vastly growing partner and dealer network who are on a mission to deploy autonomous mobile robots in manufacturing facilities and warehouses around the world.

As a Partner Marketing Specialist, we are looking for you to bring your unmatched work ethic, collaboration, enthusiasm and your strong passion for the customer to cultivate profound growth within our partner and dealer network. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and executing channel marketing strategies to grow the brand through the partner team in North America and internationally. This role must possess an understanding of high quality marketing practices, strong relationship management skills, and experience in implementing joint strategies that will empower our partners to bring market-defining solutions to customers. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth as you work closely with highly complex partner organizations globally, build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners as their main marketing point-of-contact
  • Align partner goals and strategies with OTTO to create joint marketing initiatives that will expand global market share and achieve channel pipeline targets
  • Execute a mix of marketing campaigns that are proven to achieve the business objectives that the partner and OTTO team identified
  • Monitor results, drive pipeline reviews and coach partners to continuously address campaign challenges in order to achieve partner sales goals
  • Identify, develop and distribute enablement materials that will help partners improve their MQL velocity
  • Advocate for the partner internally to help prioritize the partners’ marketing-related goals
  • Work very closely with the Channel Sales and Enablement team and your colleagues on the marketing team to leverage and expand marketing activities within the channel
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven channel marketing experience in tech, OEM or dealer organization
  • Relationship management experience and skill sets to interact confidently with senior leaders of partner organizations
  • Proven experience building and executing launch plans and demand generation programs, including: email, video, webinar, event and digital programs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and has the ability to clearly define, diagnose and execute an appropriate solution
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Data-driven mindset and has ability to manage pipeline targets and track lead progression in the funnel
  • Excellent ability to communicate marketing messages and technical concepts through various mediums
  • BA/BS in marketing, business or related fields preferred
