We're looking for a senior engineer who treats AI as a tool, not a toy. You'll own agentic features from prompt to production, the systems that read a contract, prep the eSignature, and move the money, shipping to real users every week.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build agentic workflows that automate deal busywork end-to-end.
  • Own features from spec to ship, backend, model orchestration, and the UI in front of it.
  • Set the bar for evaluation, reliability, and latency on everything AI-powered we ship.
  • Pair with the founders weekly to turn fuzzy bets into shipped product.

Requirements

  • 6+ years building production software, with recent hands-on LLM/agent work.
  • Fluent in TypeScript and Python; comfortable owning a feature across the stack.
  • You've shipped something real with AI tooling, not just prototyped a demo.
  • Bias to action. You'd rather ship and iterate than debate in a doc.

Nice to have

  • Real estate or proptech experience
  • Built developer-facing tools
  • Comfortable with Claude / agent frameworks
