This role is based in our Pakistan office and requires working hours aligned to U.S. Central Time (approximately 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT).

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate live onboarding sessions and early ramp activities for new Sales reps

  • Coordinate training schedules, manage attendance, and track completion

  • Support new hires during their first 90 days, ensuring milestone achievement

  • Administer assessments, monitor progress, and flag early performance risks

  • Maintain and update LMS (e.g., WorkRamp) content under guidance

  • Provide operational support across enablement projects and systems

  • Contribute to continuous improvements in onboarding delivery and logistics

What You’ve Done

  • Supported onboarding or training programs in a Sales, Support, or similar setting

  • Facilitated small group sessions with confidence and clarity

  • Used training systems (LMS, calendars, trackers) to manage logistics and reporting

  • Managed details across schedules, sessions, and communications with precision

  • Built strong relationships through clear communication and a team-first mindset
