Job Summary
The Analyst, Product Delivery - Loyalty supports the loyalty platform from a tactical and executional standpoint, ensuring parameter configurations align with business needs, while developing understanding of strategic rewards practices and consulting with internal and external partners on rewards system capabilities. Reporting to the Production Lead or Manager, and working on a cross-functional, primarily remote team of approximately 20 associates to achieve flawless execution of loyalty programs, this role will leverage understanding of the loyalty capability functionality in order to provide consultation and execution recommendations to internal and external partners. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary point of contact and in the role of an advisor for loyalty system capabilities and functionality, ensuring additional loyalty team members are aware or consulted as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Rewards Platform: Develop and maintain understanding of all the components and functionality of the rewards platform. Responsible for loyalty system parameter configurations on the loyalty platform user interface, execution and validation in alignment to value proposition or marketing-based rewards campaigns and fulfillment strategies, to ensure the business strategies and intent are operating effectively. Serve as a loyalty capability subject matter expert and serves as a consultant on cross-functional projects and initiatives. Evaluate the brand's business objectives to identify the most effective way of meeting their initiatives within the Rewards Platform. Identify optimum system configurations to support brand partner and business loyalty objectives.
- Relationship Management and Advisory Services: Collaborate with peers, leaders and stakeholders in Loyalty, Marketing, Digital and Client Partnerships, and maintain clear and concise communication regarding progress and reports on findings and obstacles. Maintain relationships with internal and external partners (vendors and brand partners) to successfully implement system configurations and manage daily interactions and is the first escalation point for business issues.Responsible for providing input on rewards-based inquiries to ensure the business, brand partners, external vendors, other internal capability teams, and Care Center representatives have a clear understanding of the platform, address concerns as they arise, and escalate discrepancies as necessary to leadership.
- Project Management: Support the implementation of complex strategies that are often executed across several internal teams as well as external vendors. Ensures deliverables are completed by assigned owner on time. Manage the reward strategy go live dates to be coordinated with client loyalty initiatives being executed across multiple marketing channels.
- Documentation and Knowledge Repository Management: Actively document and revise processes to keep best practices, training, platform processes, and Care Center content up to date. Adhere to documentation storage, retention, and revision best practices as outlined by the organization. Provide support and guidance on necessary tools and processes that support rewards functionality internally at Bread Financial.
- Audit and Issue Management: Support operational, compliance and accounting quality audits to ensure compliance with best practices. Participate in remediation conversations to aid in troubleshooting and developing solutions, while keeping senior leadership informed. Support team on production issues from identification, root cause analysis, remediation planning and restitution. Attend issue meetings and appropriately communicate and escalate accordingly.
- Data Analysis and Monitoring: Create queries to collect data to validate earn activities, research anomalies and distribute results to key stakeholders. Identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements.

Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:
Normal office environment. (Remote or Hybrid), 3 to 4 days per month are required in office if within 60 miles of a Bread Financial location.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience working in an office environment in financial services, information technology, or analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or computer science.
- Experience in rewards and loyalty space.
- Experience working in SAS / SQL or similar programming languages.
- Experience with requirements gathering and translating non-technical parameters into technical parameters, communicating necessary feedback to a non-technical audience.

Salary Range (unless otherwise noted below):
$69,900.00 - $126,600.00Full Salary Range for position:
California: $80,400.00 - $158,300.00Colorado: $69,900.00 - $133,000.00New York: $76,900.00 - $158,300.00Washington: $73,400.00 - $145,600.00Maryland: $73,400.00 - $139,300.00Washington DC: $80,400.00 - $145,600.00Illinois: $69,900.00 - $139,300.00The actual base pay within this range may be dependent upon many factors, which may include, but are not limited to, work location, education, experience, and skills.
Bread Financial offers medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits (including basic and optional life insurance, supplemental medical plans, and short and long-term disability) to eligible associates (regular full-time associates scheduled to work 30 hours per week or more) and their spouses/domestic partners, and child(ren) under the age of 26. New associate elected coverage begins on date of hire (with the exception of disability coverage which has a 6-month waiting period). Six weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible parents is available after a 180-day waiting period. Hired associates can immediately enroll in Bread Financial’s 401(k) plan.
All associates receive 11 paid holidays. Associates have discretion in managing their time away from work through the Flexible Time Off (FTO) program and may need to notify and receive approval from their manager prior to taking the time off. Associates (except those located in Illinois) receive 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time (“PSST”) upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December. You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
