The Role
We’re hiring a West Coast Account Executive to own mid-market sales across the region. This is a full-cycle AE seat: 80% closing inbound opportunities flowing in from Branch’s growth engine, 20% local outbound to tenants, brokers, designers, and landlords in your home market.
You’ll have a real pipeline from day one. Branch generates a high volume of qualified inbound demand from companies moving offices, expanding headcount, or modernizing their workplace, and the West Coast is our fastest-growing region. Your job is to convert that demand with speed, run sharp discovery, and build local relationships that turn one deal into ten.

You’ll have a real pipeline from day one. What You’ll Own
- Closing inbound mid-market deals across the West Coast
- Partnering with our Ops team to make sure every install is a delightful customer experience
- Driving expansion revenue with customers moving to new office spaces
- Building Branch’s reputation in your city: coffee with brokers & designers, events, lunch-and-learns
- A clear path to Senior AE for strong performance
- You’ve done 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales and consistently hit quota
- You’re able to juggle a large number of deals at one time, with a knack for how to prioritize opportunities
- You can run an effective discovery call in a consultative fashion
- You’ve sold something physical or complex (furniture, design, real estate, proptech, construction, commercial services), or you can convince us why your category experience translates
- You move fast and collaborate effectively in a team setting.

- $150,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
