We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and capacity planning. As a utility player, you will be responsible for supporting various revenue operations functions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional analytical skills, a strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, related to sales funnel and sales team performance.
  • Partner with finance to develop forecasts and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize revenue potential.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Prepare and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to internal
  • stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Revenue Operations Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make recommendations based on data.
  • Experience forecasting methodologies and capacity planning techniques
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and revenue management software is a plus
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing processes and metrics is preferred
