About This Role
As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Binance.US, you will spearhead data‑driven growth initiatives by designing, launching, and analyzing experiments across our app. You will lead A/B tests, iterate on product hypotheses, and build out gamification features aimed at improving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, data analytics, and marketing to convert insights into product features that scale.
You will play a key role in evolving Binance.US’s growth mindset - creating a culture of continuous experimentation and optimization - while helping deliver a world‑class user experience infused with engaging, gamified elements.
Core Responsibilities:
Define growth hypotheses and design A/B & multivariate experiments to test those hypotheses - from conception to execution to measurement, using clear success metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, engagement).
Prioritize, manage and maintain a backlog of growth and engagement experiments; coordinate with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to run experiments and roll out successful variants.
Translate experiment results into actionable insights and roadmap decisions - decide when to scale a variation, iterate further, or abandon based on data, impact, and business objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of gamification features (points, badges, leaderboards, challenges, reward mechanics, etc.) that enhance user motivation, engagement, and retention in the Binance.US app. Leverage game‑design principles to build reward loops and behavioral incentives.
Monitor and analyze key growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, churn, engagement, monetization) to assess impact of experiments and gamification features; report results to stakeholders and recommend next steps.
Collaborate cross‑functionally - with UX/design, engineering, data science/analytics, marketing - to ensure smooth execution of experiments and feature rollouts, and alignment with broader product and business goals.
Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement - document learnings (both wins and failures), share insights across teams, and build processes for systematic, scalable experimentation.
Preferred Skills / Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar growth/product‑growth role) — growth, engagement, or retention focus preferred.
Demonstrated track record of designing, executing, and interpreting A/B or multivariate tests in a live product environment; comfortable defining hypotheses, metrics, and statistical significance, and turning results into product decisions.
Hands‑on experience building or contributing to gamified features (points systems, achievements/badges, leaderboards, reward mechanics, challenges, etc.), or working at a gaming or viral/social‑app company.
Strong data‑driven mindset; comfortable working closely with data analytics or data science teams to measure impact, define guardrail metrics, identify user segments, and interpret test results.
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills, with ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working in agile environments, managing product backlogs, and coordinating across engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.
Familiarity with behavioral design, game mechanics, user psychology, retention strategies, and growth loops.
Salary:
The starting pay range for this role is between USD$195,000 - USD$220,000 for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay will vary, and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
