Sr Director, Growth Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Director, Growth Marketing to help us build a profitable credit card and loan acquisition strategy . In this role, you'll lead a dynamic team, working closely with our Financial Product group to execute on a multi-channel strategy approach to meet company growth targets. What you'll do at Avant

  • Manage team that runs all media/demand end-to-end channel execution (i.e. digital, direct mail, customer lifecycle marketing). Team responsibilities include forecasting, execution, reporting and optimization

  • Partner with Financial Product (card, loan) team to create and manage the Avant demand generation strategy that leverages product and marketing initiatives

  • Partner with Marketing Analytics team to derive demand generation insights through scenario planning and experimental design; build repeatable process of feeding learning back into future campaigns

  • Bring a mindset of experimentation and A/B testing to drive increased yield across all stages of the prospect card and loan funnel

  • Run all performance marketing operations; align with Product and Tech teams to create and manage roadmap to support the customer prospect journey, with outcome of higher conversions

  • Work alongside Marketing peers (i.e. Sr. Director, Brand and Sr. Director, Partnerships) to deliver on prioritized marketing initiatives to achieve company goals

  • Manage performance marketing agencies, vendors

We are looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience in a Marketing/Media capacity

  • 5+ years of experience with performance marketing tools (i.e. SEM, programmatic display campaign execution)

  • 5+ years of experience standing up and/or leveraging a marketing technology stack

  • 5+ years of experience running CRM/loyalty campaigns

  • Experience in financial services vertical preferred

  • Client-side, D2C Marketing experience preferred
