The Role

We’re seeking a Talent Operations Manager to strengthen and scale the operational foundation of our global Talent Acquisition (TA) function. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will lead a team of four Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) across regions while ensuring recruiting operations are structured, consistent, and effective at a global scale.

This role combines people leadership with operational ownership. You will bring clarity to complexity, establish strong standards, and create the structure that enables high-quality execution across the hiring lifecycle. You will serve as a trusted operational partner to recruiters and TA leadership, ensuring that systems, workflows, and reporting are disciplined, reliable, and aligned to business needs.

Success in this role means building a high-performing coordination team, establishing consistent and scalable ways of working, and maintaining the level of operational rigor and data integrity required in a complex, global organization. You lead change thoughtfully, balance detail with big-picture thinking, and create stability while the business continues to evolve.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York. The current range for this role is $109,000 - $170,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additionally, these ranges reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship (for example, employment-based visas such as H-1B, F-1/OPT, or similar), and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on their first day of employment.

What You’ll Do

Leadership and Operational Excellence

  • Lead and develop a global team of RCs in the US, UK, and India, setting clear expectations, service standards, and coverage across time zones.
  • Oversee the candidate lifecycle, ensuring clear processes, accurate data, and smooth cross-functional coordination.
  • Define, document, and standardize global recruiting processes from candidate interest through first-day onboarding, addressing regional requirements at scale.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase capacity and enhance the candidate, hiring manager, and interviewer experience.
  • Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics to provide actionable insights to TA Leadership.

System Infrastructure and Governance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all recruiting systems, including Greenhouse, GoodTime, HackerRank, and Workday.
  • Collaborate with the People Tech team on system configuration, integrations, updates, and compliance, communicating clearly with stakeholders.
  • Oversee compliance with regional labor laws, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.

Change Management and Enablement

  • Lead and manage global change initiatives (e.g., new ATS features, sourcing tools, interview structures, process updates)
  • Develop training and enablement materials so stakeholders are equipped to operate effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the Talent Acquisition team on strategic initiatives, operational guidance, and execution support.

Who You Are

  • 5–8 years in Talent/Recruiting Operations or Program Management, including 1–3 years managing teams (global or multi-region preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Workday, Ashby or similar ATS/HRIS, with a record of driving adoption and maintaining governance at scale.
  • Strong process and operational focus; able to standardize workflows and implement scalable improvements.
  • Analytical, comfortable using dashboards and metrics to inform decisions.
  • Clear communicator, able to train, influence, and align distributed teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-growing global environment.
  • Experience with AI-native recruiting tools (e.g., Juicebox) is a plus.

PHISHING SCAM WARNING: Addepar is among several companies recently made aware of a phishing scam involving con artists posing as hiring managers recruiting via email, text and social media. The imposters are creating misleading email accounts, conducting remote “interviews,” and making fake job offers in order to collect personal and financial information from unsuspecting individuals. Please be aware that no job offers will be made from Addepar without a formal interview process. Additionally, Addepar will not ask you to purchase equipment or supplies as part of your onboarding process. If you have any questions, please reach out to ta-operations@addepar.com.
