The Role
The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting Addepar's purchasing for the G&A (Workplace, IT, Finance, Legal and People) and Marketing teams. In this role you will be responsible for guiding business partners through the purchasing process, facilitating vendor conversations as well as continuous operational improvements to help scale our growing business. The ideal candidate will have outstanding analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast paced environment, and bring a solutions oriented approach to all problems they encounter.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $67,000 - $105,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all non-strategic supplier relationships including conflict resolution and business reviews to drive the delivery of high-quality goods and services.
- Responsible for all aspects of the purchasing process including renewals, drafting proposals, negotiating with vendors and supervising contract progress.
- Build and manage internal customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Handle procurement contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
- Manage small-medium sourcing requests including, but not limited to requirements gathering and validation, market research, RFI & RFP, negotiations and contract award.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize value and efficiency across assigned categories.
- Facilitate productive discussions with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build consensus on vendor selection and contract terms.
Who You Are
- 2-5 years experience working in a procurement function.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, including pivot tables and functions.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong contract management and vendor evaluation skills.
- Proven success in negotiating favorable terms and conditions with vendors, resulting in tangible cost savings or improved service levels.
- Ability to establish negotiation strategies for simple to medium complexity contracts, lead vendor conversations independently and provide recommendations based on commercials, business requirements and value.
- Capable of building positive relationships with internal business partners and working with all levels in a collaborative, team-oriented manner.
- Experience with Coupa or related purchasing solutions.
- Demonstrates skills to organize data and exercise effective problem solving.
