The Role
For the Enablement Specialist role, we’re looking for someone creative, organized, and sales-focused with strong technical proficiency and a burning passion for world-class education. At Addepar, you will be empowered to lead the success of newly hired teammates while crafting and implementing ongoing sales education and GTM strategy. Preferred backgrounds include Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Education or Instructional Design, or other fields combining learning content creation to generate guided programs for onboarding, training, and sales acceleration.we are looking for a hard-working and organized individual who will create an end-to-end education experience, driving delight for the learners throughout. Additionally, as a member of a small team, you’ll be trusted to contribute to the overall vision of the GTM Enablement team and flex your skills to meet the needs of our rapidly iterating organization. You will own sales and account management needs and develop and deliver learning opportunities through educational content and coordinated enablement programs.
Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
The current range for this role is $83,000 - $125,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
- Build and collaborate on new training content to equip various Addepar users for success.
- Deliver outstanding instructor-led courses and webinars for Addepar clients, prospects, partners, employees, and enthusiasts, virtually and in person.
- Scale the delivery of customer education programs to drive product adoption and usage across the Addepar user community.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to drive attendance at our courses and interaction with our content.
- Rapidly incorporate feedback into our course content and course experience.
- Manage the logistics required to deliver an outstanding training experience.
- Work primarily with Sales and Account Management while coordinating closely with Marketing, Services, and Support teams to build a high-impact onboarding and continuing education program.
- Design, build, and implement the highest value content and training for Sales.
- Review recorded calls from both closed won and closed lost opportunities to ensure correct material is used and implement training and enforcement to increase win rates.
- Drive cross-team collaboration to deploy a central content center for managing content delivery throughout the sales life cycle.
- Review GTM content and ensure accuracy and relevance from a Sales perspective.
- Execute new hires and ongoing certifications for new product launches.
Who You Are
- 2 years of experience using the Addepar platform, OR 3+ years in a software education services role, support, professional services, sales, marketing, or relationship management at financial services or SAAS Technology Company
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
- Ability to tailor messaging about a product’s value proposition to varied audiences.
- Capable of working across multiple organizations.
- Outstanding logistical planning and organizational skills.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Excitement to continually learn and grow your knowledge
- Recent experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, Lessonly, or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms such as Gong or Chorus is a plus.
